Punjab Medical College (PMC) was established in 1973 in Faisalabad to meet the rising demand for medical professionals in central Punjab.
PMC Alumni UK brings together former students of Punjab Medical College now residing in the UK, fostering professional connections, organizing events, supporting charitable causes, and promoting lifelong learning. Established formally as a Community Interest Company in 2023, the association continues to grow through active engagement and a strong digital presence.
PMC Alumni UK, formerly known as PMCOSA, was formed to unite graduates of Punjab Medical College (PMC), Faisalabad, who have settled in the United Kingdom. The association serves as a platform for alumni to stay connected and support one another professionally and personally.
Over the years, PMC Alumni UK has focused on fostering connections among its members through networking opportunities, social gatherings, and collaborative efforts within the UK medical community.
The association has a rich history of organizing events, including reunions and educational webinars, to strengthen bonds among alumni and encourage continuous learning and collaboration.
Beyond networking, PMC Alumni UK has actively participated in charitable initiatives, supporting health and education projects both in the UK and Pakistan.
To formalize and expand its efforts, the association registered a Community Interest Company (CIC) named “PMC ALUMNI UK CIC” on June 22, 2023, ensuring structured growth and sustained impact.
PMC Alumni UK maintains an active presence on social media platforms, especially Facebook, enabling members to stay informed, share updates, and coordinate events with ease.
